About QualiCore Consulting LLC
A California compliance practice serving adult residential facilities, enhanced behavioral supports homes, and providers supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ABOUT US
Who you are working with
QualiCore Consulting LLC is led by Michael Van Norman, a Certified Adult Residential Facility Administrator and Licensed Psychiatric Technician with more than ten years in psychiatric and behavioral health care.
That includes five-plus years running facility operations as an ARF administrator, covering staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, and years of direct care before that in California state hospitals and developmental centers.
The audits, the licensing binders, the staffing files, and the incident reports were the day job before they were the practice. The guidance here comes from someone who has held the license, not read about it.

SOFTWARE
CoreTrackNexus
Compliance tracking for adult residential and IDD programs. Every certification, training date, program record and review deadline in one place, with the expirations that matter surfacing before they become findings.
Nobody loses a certification on purpose. They lose it because it lived in a spreadsheet nobody opened in March. Certifications that are current, due in thirty days, or overdue should be visible at a glance, not discovered during a licensing visit.
CoreTrackNexus is in development, and a goal-planning companion for ISP work is being built alongside it. If you want a walkthrough against your actual program rather than a generic demo, start with a conversation.
OUR APPROACH
How we work
Small, direct, and accountable to one name. You talk to the person doing the work. Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts. Where something falls outside our lane, you will be told so rather than sold something adjacent.
Every engagement that touches resident records runs under a HIPAA business associate agreement and a minimum-necessary rule, with a secure channel established before any record moves. Nothing protected travels by email attachment or web form.
Start with a conversation. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to tell whether you need a system, a document set, or a second opinion on a licensing question.
